Kevin’s Electrical Service needed a way to manage field service work — scheduling, job tracking, and invoicing — without juggling disconnected spreadsheets and paper tickets. We built a custom field service management platform in Power Apps on Dataverse, with a QuickBooks Online integration so completed jobs flow straight into invoicing without double entry, and address geocoding via the Census Bureau API for accurate service-area mapping.
