Phoenix Autism Center relied on a manual, paper-driven process for reporting and routing incidents — slow, hard to audit, and easy for something to fall through the cracks. We built a Power Automate-based incident reporting system that routes reports to the right people automatically based on incident type and location, with a clear audit trail for compliance.
